1. Service Description
Finlex Pro is a regulatory research platform that provides access to EU financial regulations including MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). The service is intended as a decision-support tool for compliance officers, legal professionals, and financial institutions. Finlex Pro does not provide legal or financial advice.
2. Subscription & Billing
- All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
- Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single payment for the full year and automatically renew annually.
- Prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Monthly plans: Your access continues until the end of your current monthly billing period.
- Yearly plans: Your access continues until the end of your current yearly billing period.
- After cancellation, your subscription will not renew automatically.
- You can resubscribe at any time.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for:
- Subscription cancellations (monthly or yearly)
- Unused time remaining on your subscription
- Partial subscription periods
- Downgrades from a higher-tier plan
- Yearly subscriptions cancelled before the year ends
Important: By subscribing, you acknowledge that yearly plans are charged in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable even if cancelled early.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute content from Finlex Pro
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the service for any illegal purpose

Finlex Pro provides regulatory information for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. 7. Limitation of Liability
